No, you don’t need a referral. You can self-refer and book directly with us. However, we also accept referrals from GPs and Consultants for various conditions, including Orthopedic, Rheumatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology , Neurology, and Oncology, among others!

Yes, you can use your medical insurance.

While we ask all clients to pay for their treatment on the day, we’re happy to provide invoices and receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Appointment lengths will vary depending on your needs, the purpose of your visit (assessment / treatment) and the type of treatment you will be receiving. We’ll discuss the expected duration for you when booking.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, like workout attire; leggings and a top work well. It’s also a good idea to bring along a pair of shorts, a vest top, or suitable underwear, as some assessments may require examining areas like your rib cage.

Additionally, please bring your primary footwear, including any training shoes and orthotics,so we can better assess your movement and support needs.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and suitable underwear in case we need to examine your rib cage area. It’s also helpful to bring a pair of shorts and your primary footwear, including training shoes and orthotics.

If applicable, please bring any referral letters, images, or reports from your GP or consultant.

Additionally, we encourage you to come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in your journey toward achieving your goals!

The Health.Hub is conveniently located at the top of Fore Street, Kingsbridge (TQ7 1AX).

There is parking right outside for those attending clinical appointments and on-street parking and paying car parks nearby for those attending classes in our studio.

There are also two-hour on-street parking spaces at the top of Fore Street and the nearest paying car parks are on Fore Street (TQ7 1NY) and on Duncombe Street (TQ7 1LR).

We recommend you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Exercise mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
