Claire grew up in Birmingham, studied in Leicester and moved to Devon to be near to the sea 8 years ago.
Qualified as a YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer, Claire currently teaches indoor cycling, beginners running and has most recently completed a Level 3 Outdoor Fitness course.
In her early 20’s Claire started to exercise regularly and although she sometimes found it tough, fell in love with the feeling she got from working out. In 2004 Claire ran her first half marathon and has continued to enter running, outdoor swimming events and triathlons in between having three children!
Claire set up her company Breathe Fitness in 2018. Claire says; “I want to promote health, wellness and fitness for all no matter what your ability, age or experience. Everyone should have the opportunity to feel strong, healthy and confident in their own skin. I believe that exercise creates a positive connection between your mind and body and is essential for physical and mental health.”
In her spare time Claire can be found running and cycling, gig rowing in Salcombe and loves being outdoors as much as possible!
In 2019 Claire will be studying a Water Fitness course and hopes to enter a triathlon or two!
