Personal Trainer

Hannah was born in High Wycombe and grew up in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire and is married to Lewis, who farms outside Aveton Gifford. At the age of 17, Hannah moved to Kingsbridge and in 2002 studied HND ‘Drama in the Community’ at South Devon College. During her time studying, she developed a passion for performing, dance and music. Whilst at Quayside Leisure Centre, Hannah was encouraged to become an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2005. This lead onto teaching aerobics classes, (the first class being called ‘Wobbly Bits and the Tone Zone’)!

Hannah went onto to train to teach Les Mills Body Balance which incorporates yoga, thai chai and pilates. Continuing to develop her skills in the world of fitness, Hannah trained as a Body Pump instructor in 2008 and a Zumba instructor in 2011.

After having her two children, Hannah suffered with post natal depression and Hannah says exercise helped her to get back on track. This led to Hannah attending a YMCA Anti and Post Natal Level 3 Course at South Devon College in 2017. Since 2017, Hannah has qualified to teach Aquafit, Indoor Cycling and is a Level Two Gym Instructor as well as running her own fitnesses classes in the area “Hannah’s Fun Fitness”.

Hannah is thrilled to be part of the QP team developing her skills as a personal trainer. Working alongside the clinical team, she is looking at developing specialised exercises classes to cover a wide range of abilities and a broad spectrum of movement incorporating, fitness, dance, stretching and relaxation.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends in the Devon sunshine!
