Hollie grew up in the Somerset countryside, where she was lucky enough to enjoy her childhood as a keen horse rider, spending the majority of her time outdoors. Hollie graduated from a Sports Science degree at Swansea University with a First Class Honours and a tonne of enthusiasm, knowing that she wanted to use her knowledge to help other people lead healthier, more fulfilled lifestyles. She qualified as a personal trainer in 2010 and has never looked back having worked with some of the best in the business including Matt Roberts in London.
Hollie wanted to help her clients more and being passionate about learning decided to do her Massage Therapy qualification which has provided her missing link! Hollie loves her work and never gets tired of helping her clients achieve personal health and fitness breakthroughs. Making a conscious effort to surround herself with knowledgable people in order to the best at what she does, Hollie moved to Totnes in 2016 with her husband George and has now come to work at QuayPhysio. Hollie is used to working along side Physio’s and loves treating all clients whether they are undergoing rehab, require sports massage to maintain their body, pre / post event massage or even the more relaxing, pampering spa type massage. Hollie can help.
Outside of work, Hollie is a keen baker at the weekends (her favourite cake is carrot cake, but she also loves a comforting piece of flapjack…or a good old cream tea!). Hollie’s life wouldn’t be complete without lots of activities, so she regularly enjoys beach walks and countryside runs with her lively dog, Kerris, as well as river SUP-ping and surfing with her husband and friends.
