You will get long-term results, more support, accountability and confidence when moving and exercising with our unique programme of classes. You won’t need to worry about injuring or hurting yourself as all classes are run by our team of highly qualified Physios and sports therapist’s. You will be in safe hands throughout each stage and season of your life as our clinical specialists are experts in helping folk overcome injuries and health concerns. They optimise then maximise your movement and ability to exercise.
Following an individual assessment and movement screen, we have 3 different class memberships to choose from to meet your exact needs. You will get lots of individual attention from our team as we keep classes small (maximum of 8). You won’t get bored as we don’t do repeats, keeping things fresh and different every week. This keeps you interested, progressing and getting the best, long-term outcome.

Why Join VIGOUR HealthClub
Following your individual assessment, we work out exactly what exercise you need so you don’t waste time with classes that don’t work. You just need to turn up!
Each class has different benefits from strength, cardio, balance, mobility, control to relaxation. We’ve designed them using research and recommendation from the World Health Organisation (WHO), on what weekly exercise everybody needs to stay healthy. You can lose your worries and fears about exercise, if you are doing the right things, and the future, by joining VIGOUR HealthClub.
Part of your membership gives you access to the online library of pre-recorded classes in case you can’t make it to the Hub. We direct you to the content specific to you. We also livestream some of our classes giving you complete flexibility and no excuses!
If you’ve tried “quick fixes” or fads with your health and exercise you know these bang-or-bust strategies offer short term changes only, along with injuries! They are impossible to stick to long term and keep you stuck where you are. Making lasting changes with your body and health takes time, effort and guidance. How to start your exercise journey
A comprehensive assessment with one of our clinical experts starts your exercise journey with us. This “VIGOUR Induction” involves a full history taking of injury, illnesses and problem areas, followed by a physical examination. Combined, we can identify areas that are under or over performing and helps us prescribe what type of exercise and classes your body needs to reach your goals.
The VIGOUR induction fee is £115 for a 50minute appointment.
For those serious about their health and exercise...
You can start your VIGOUR journey by adding HealthHub MOT (link to website page) to your membership. It’s the annual preventative approach to health, exercise, fitness, and everyday life. Consider it in the same way you’d give your car a yearly service to keep it in tune and on the road!
You will receive a 12-month plan to avoid regression or injury occurrence and a pathway to help you achieve better health, movement and lifestyle. You will be clear why you are making changes and will have the confidence, support and peace of mind you are on the right track, not just left in classes to your own devices.
